Unwind, stretch, and reconnect in this deeply relaxing 75-minute experience that blends gentle yoga with therapeutic hands-on massage. Through mindful movement, supported postures, and guided breathwork, you'll release tension while improving flexibility, mobility, and body awareness.
Throughout the class, your instructor will offer optional hands-on massage and assisted stretches to help ease tight muscles, encourage deeper relaxation, and enhance the benefits of each pose. The class concludes with an extended restorative relaxation, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and renewed.
