Hot Sculpt Pilates
Turn up the heat and get ready to sculpt, shake, and sweat. This is not your average Pilates class — this is Hot Sculpt Pilates, where slow, controlled Pilates moves meet spicy strength training. We’re bringing out ankle weights, hand weights, yoga blocks, banded loops, and Pilates rings to fire up every muscle you didn’t even know you had. Expect deep core work, glute burners, thigh shakers, and upper body sculpting — all in a heated room that keeps the body warm, the muscles working, and the sweat dripping. Think tiny pulses, controlled holds, spicy sequences, and that delicious muscle shake that means it’s working. You’ll leave feeling stronger, longer, leaner, and maybe just a little bit like a badass. Hot room. Hot moves. Hot results. Come ready to sweat, sculpt, and slay.
