Our Yin Yoga class at Boost is a deeply restorative practice designed to calm the nervous system and gently release tension held deep within the body. Postures are held for longer periods (3–5 minutes) to target connective tissues, fascia, hips, and spine—improving mobility, flexibility, and joint health.
This class is intentionally slow and meditative, creating space to breathe, unwind, and reconnect. Expect dim lighting, supportive props, and a peaceful atmosphere that encourages stillness and reflection.
