Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing practice focused on rest, healing, and nervous-system reset. Using supportive props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, poses are held comfortably for longer periods to allow the body to fully release tension. This class is slow, gentle, and calming—perfect for stress relief, recovery, improved sleep, and overall balance. No prior yoga experience is needed.
