The Breathing Room
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets the body’s deeper connective tissues — ligaments, joints, and fascia — through long-held, passive poses. Each posture is typically held for 3–5 minutes, allowing the body to soften and the mind to quiet.
This class is practiced in a comfortably cool room (no added heat) to encourage stillness and gentle release rather than muscular effort. It’s the perfect complement to more active styles of yoga or busy days, helping to restore balance, improve flexibility, and calm the nervous system.
All levels welcome — no experience needed. Bring layers, an open mind, and a willingness to slow down.
