Our studio offers a welcoming space just for moms with young children to move, stretch, or work out at their own pace. Whether you want to flow through gentle yoga, get a light sweat in, or simply enjoy a stretch, you’ll have access to weights, resistance bands, yoga mats, blocks, and Swiss balls — all in a calm and supportive environment.
This is not a traditional gym — it’s a community space where moms can connect, feel comfortable, and focus on their health while little ones play alongside. Children are always welcome, but childcare is not provided.
Come as you are, meet other moms, and take time for yourself without the pressure or intimidation of a big gym setting
