Restorative Yoga–Nidra: Deep Rest & Inner Renewal
Restorative Yoga–Nidra combines two profoundly calming practices into one nourishing experience. The class begins with restorative yoga — gentle, fully supported poses using props to release tension and activate the body’s natural healing response. This is followed by Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation often called “yogic sleep,” where you remain awake yet deeply relaxed, moving into a state between waking and dreaming.

This practice promotes deep rest, reduces stress, improves sleep, and restores balance to the nervous system. It is suitable for all levels, especially anyone seeking to unwind from daily stress, recover from fatigue, or cultivate a greater sense of peace and clarity.
