Our yoga studio isn’t just for classes — it’s also a welcoming space where you can move at your own pace. During open gym hours, you’ll have access to a variety of equipment including free weights, resistance bands, yoga mats, blocks, and Swiss balls. The calm, supportive environment is designed especially for women who may feel intimidated by a traditional gym setting.
Children are welcome to join you while you work out, but please note that childcare is not provided. This is your space to feel comfortable, build strength, and take care of yourself — no pressure, no judgment, just community.
